The Team

WE are a collective of intuitive therapists with vast specialties, personal interests, and trained modalities.

WE understand the unique experiences of the diverse populations we serve.

WE know the deep pains that hide behind the "mask of perfection" - "the trials and troubles that threaten our identity"- "the struggle with finding peace"- anxiety, depression, strained relationships, identity concerns, cultural stress, difficult life transitions, and low self-esteem.

WE know how hard it can be to sit still, open up your heart, and allow yourself to feel.

Nashon Clark

Hi, I’m Nashon!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, & a professor with a passion for helping my clients live authentically. I love doing what I do. Being a mental health professional is truly a privilege. I have been at it for over a decade now and with each passing year of serving others, like you, I’ve grown to love the profession even more. My mission is to help you feel deeply understood and connected – as you gain awareness of your rational mind, core emotions and body are inextricably linked. I’m here to gently guide you through therapy so you gain insight, understanding, clarity, while providing a space of accountability. I start where you are and finish where you would like to be. If you’re not sure where you would like to be, that’s perfectly fine, I got you with that as well. So, in other words, therapy with me is all about you!

Therapy with Nashon

My therapeutic style is warm, honest, & empowering. I am empathic at heart, so I value the unique elements of your personal story and at your pace. I use many different modalities and apply them all, so they work in tandem. The goal of our work together is not to change who you are, but to help you feel safe enough to be who you are. We work together to bring awareness and unpack: transgenerational trauma, the whole-body connection, making connections from your childhood to adulthood, addressing trauma responses and your attachment style. And I’m also here to help you figure out your WHY or your next life steps so you are always progressing.

THIS is a place where you have permission to feel, a place of exploration and discovery, of fears and tears, getting honest with yourself, vulnerabilities and defensiveness, address areas where you feel overwhelmed, even moving through the feeling of being dismissed, not feeling seen and heard, validated and violated, when the inside doesn’t match the outside (walking contradiction), so you hide-adjust-adapt-conform; and the list goes on...

Fun Fact

Other than enjoying family/friends, I am a lover of knowledge, good food, good movie/series, music on 10 while singing & dancing till my heart’s content. My happy place is near water, where I do nothing and just be whatever I need to be in that moment. If (when 😉) I won the lotto, I would still do what I’m doing, I would just take more vacations.
Can’t wait to meet you!
