The Team
WE are a collective of intuitive therapists with vast specialties, personal interests, and trained modalities.
WE understand the unique experiences of the diverse populations we serve.
WE know the deep pains that hide behind the "mask of perfection" - "the trials and troubles that threaten our identity"- "the struggle with finding peace"- anxiety, depression, strained relationships, identity concerns, cultural stress, difficult life transitions, and low self-esteem.
WE know how hard it can be to sit still, open up your heart, and allow yourself to feel.
Nicole Henderson, MCSW
Nicole’s mission is to offer a safe place to talk through her clients challenges. Life is filled with hardships, change, and growth. Some aspects of life may be more difficult to manage than others, which can result in various obstacles related to one's mental and emotional well-being, often impacting our day-to-day functioning. Nicole is committed to supporting and encourage you to embrace the therapy journey and trust yourself and the process with helping you learn about what you're feeling, why you might be feeling it, and how to cope. Together we will figure out the reasons why some aspects of your life are not working out and most importantly address the symptoms and behaviors that impact your life.
